All online paid orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day from the date of purchase. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays, during normal working hours.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, standard orders are typically delivered within 5 to 6 working days, while customised orders may take between 5 to 9 working days depending on the nature of the personalisation. For customers in major cities, express delivery is available with an estimated delivery window of 4 to 5 working days. Please note that all delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch and not from the date of order placement.
Our Courier Partners
To ensure your order reaches you in the finest condition and in the shortest time possible, we ship exclusively through trusted and reputed courier partners including Shiprocket, Bluedart, and Delhivery. For remote locations or areas where standard courier delivery is unavailable, we will make every effort to dispatch your order via Government Registered India Post, although this cannot always be guaranteed. In exceptional cases where doorstep delivery is not possible, the recipient may be requested to collect the parcel from the nearest delivery centre.
Shipping Charges & GST
All online paid orders above Rs 499 within India are shipped completely free of charge. For multiple unit orders, any applicable delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Your sacred pieces deserve to arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or in poor condition upon delivery, we request that you refuse to accept the package and immediately contact our team at [email] with your Order ID. We will promptly arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you and dispatch a brand new replacement free of charge. Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging remain intact when returning the product to us.

Replacement Policy
All sales at SROTAM are final, and products are non-returnable under ordinary circumstances. We do not offer refunds or replacements for defect-free products returned on the basis of personal preference, look, or feel. Please note that minor variations in colour, shade, or texture are natural characteristics of gemstone and handcrafted products and do not qualify as defects.
However, if your product has a genuine manufacturing defect or has been significantly damaged in transit, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost. The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact. Upon receipt, the item will be thoroughly inspected by our team.
